Hatte mir vor 7 Jahren allein mit Schnupftabaken
das Rauchen völlig abgewöhnt
kanns nur empfehlen.
Ich war 39 Jahre sehr starker Raucher
ich schnupfe weiterhin sehr oft & gerne,
allerdings den so genannten Schmalzler
und nicht das Mentholzeugs,das die Nasenschleimhäute ruiniert.
Kleiner aber feiner Nebeneffekt,seit ich schnupfe
hab keine grippalen Auas mehr gehabt.
Das vielleicht mal als Tip

bei Interesse berate ich gerne.
Im Gegensatz zur Nicotinpflaster/Kaugummimethode
hat man beim Schnupfen,wie bei der Zigarette,
auch stets was "zwischen den Fingern"
ich bastel mir dazu die Schnupfidöserl selber.
