Der mir meine Bremse zurück bauen kann auf Original, jetzt ist eine Scheibenbremse montiert mit der ich aber kein Pickerl bekomme.

teilhydraulisch oder vollhydraulische Scheibenbremse jetzt verbaut ?

dann wäre der einfachste Weg auf Original-Innenliegende-Scheibenbremse von Campagnolo/Tino Sacchi/ScootRS umzubauen, falls Du nicht eine Trommelbremse herumliegen hast.
ODER die Trommelbremse adaptieren, daß sie mit der Bremspumpe funktioniert,
sonst heißt es Seilzug statt Bremsleitung einziehen, u.s.w.
